Do you have experience in administrative support and internal communication, coupled with a proactive and organized mindset? Join our successful team as an Assistant to the General Manager,  help support leadership in a meaningful way and become the essential of the back-office operations in Czechia.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the General Manager with a variety of tasks, including preparing presentations, managing the calendar, and offering key administrative assistance
  • Oversee internal communication: contribute to the internal newsletter, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Organize engaging meetings, team activities, and other internal events to foster a positive work environment
  • Greet visitors with a smile and ensure they have everything they need
  • Manage the budget for internal events and ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements

  • You're highly organized, flexible, and have a strong sense of communication—always keeping things on track
  • Your reliable nature, punctuality, and calm under pressure are key to success in this role
  • Fluency both in Czech and English (B2-C1)
  • A solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A university degree is an advantage, but your personality and drive matter most
