Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting – Regularly assess financial results and provide meaningful reports to leadership. Develop tailored reports to support business decisions.
  • Planning & Budgeting – Create and monitor financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, identifying variances and contributing to corrective actions.
  • Cost & Profitability Management – Analyze product and project costs, propose optimizations, and engage in pricing and partnership decisions.
  • Cash Flow Management – Oversee cash flow planning, identify risks, and recommend steps to ensure liquidity.
  • Strategic Support – Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic planning and decisions.
  • Team Collaboration – Coordinate closely with accounting, sales, supply chain, and other departments to ensure financial consistency.
  • BI Reporting Development – Play a role in designing and implementing new business intelligence tools for data analysis and visualization.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in controlling, finance, or audit roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
