Job description

For our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Chief Financial Officer, who will be responsible for the strategic management of the company's financial operations. This role includes financial planning, budget management, oversight of cash flow and liquidity, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Financial Management and Strategic Planning – Defining and implementing the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Budgeting and Cost Control – Overseeing the preparation and execution of budgets to optimize the use of financial resources.
• Cash Flow and Liquidity Management – Monitoring cash flow and working capital to ensure the company’s financial stability.
• Financial Reporting and Audit – Preparing accurate financial reports, managing audit processes, and ensuring transparency in reporting.
• Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance – Identifying financial risks, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and overseeing financial IT systems.
• Leadership and Development of the Finance Team – Leading, motivating, and developing finance specialists to achieve high performance and effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Education: University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another relevant field
• Experience: 6 years of experience in a senior financial position in a dynamic environment
• Certifications: Internationally recognized certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage
• Analytical Skills: Ability in financial planning, strategic decision-making, and risk management
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial IT systems (preferred platforms: Oracle or SAP)
• Language Skills: Fluent English at B2/C1 level (spoken and written)
• Leadership Abilities: Experience in team management and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
