As the key face of our client in Slovakia, you’ll blend technical expertise with sharp sales instincts to deepen customer partnerships, launch breakthrough solutions and grow a profitable portfolio across the meat-processing segment. • Drive Customer Growth – Make regular onsite visits, nurture strong relationships and convert identified needs into product sales and reliable demand forecasts.
• Lead Projects & Trials – Plan and execute application trials, capture results in a central database and guide customers on seamless implementation of our solutions.
• Hunt for New Business – Prospect, qualify and close new accounts while monitoring market trends and competitor moves to keep us a step ahead.
• Safeguard Commercial Health – Liaise with finance on receivables, relay critical contract info to the office team and ensure uninterrupted, on-time deliveries.
• Bridge Markets & Innovation – Channel Slovak market insights to R&D hubs in AT/DE, co-create new products and represent the company at fairs, seminars and industry events.

Requirements

• English – B2 or higher; German is a strong plus.
• 3+ years in the food sector (production technologist, R&D, QA or application lab).
• Proven sales or key-account experience: you can negotiate, forecast and close deals.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Slovakia; category B driving licence.
