Job description

Shape complex software projects from pitch to launch—and do it with a team that just earned #GreatPlaceToWork 2024.

Shape complex software projects from pitch to launch—and do it with a team that just earned #GreatPlaceToWork 2024.

Own the full delivery cycle—from pre‑sales, cost estimates and team setup through risk control and client escalation.
Grow client partnerships: spot upsell opportunities, protect scope and margins, and keep everyone smiling.
Build the roadmap: delivery, quality and comms plans for multi‑disciplinary teams (20–30 people).
Champion Agile: drive Scrum rituals and continuous improvement across projects.

Requirements

Engineering, IT or Project‑management degree.
5+ years running software projects in Agile environments.
Hands‑on grasp of the SDLC; coding background is a plus.
Comfortable with IT services / outsourcing models.
Fluent English plus conversational Czech or Slovak.
Sharp stakeholder skills, team spirit and a bias for action.
