CEO on the field? How petanque shapes recruitment strategies

This year again, we’ll be joining the pétanque tournament organized by the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce. Once more, alongside those we value most – our clients and colleagues.

Last year, we celebrated 30 years of Synergie and S&you on the Czech-Slovak market at this very event. It was a pleasant and very human gathering that reminded us how important it is to step out of the office now and then. To forget about deadlines, close our inboxes and simply take time to talk. No presentations, no formality.

These moments are becoming rare. Hybrid work, fast pace and constant change take away space for what truly matters – listening. Hearing how our clients are doing, what’s changing in their world and what challenges lie ahead. That’s why we’re coming back. Not as athletes, but as partners who want to stay close.
