Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth of an international company operating in the automotive, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial services sectors.

This role combines new business development and strategic account management. The successful candidate will focus on selling services to B2B clients, building new partnerships, and developing long-term relationships with existing customers.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and networking
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding existing accounts
  • Cooperate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Maintain opportunities and forecasts in CRM systems and support tenders and proposals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including new business development and account management
  • Experience selling services (not products) within automotive, manufacturing, logistics, industrial services, or facility management sectors
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proactive, business-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Driving licence (Category B) and willingness to travel within Slovakia
