Job description

Are you a proactive, communicative person who enjoys working with customers and is not afraid of a bit of sales? Do you want to grow in an international business environment? Then this role might be perfect for you!

Your Responsibilities

Handling orders from quotation to delivery
Providing customer support via phone, e-mail and chat
Taking care of existing customers and contacting new customers
Contacting new customers and supporting business growth
Supporting sales and marketing activities using prepared tools
Updating CRM
Representing the company at trade fairs and events

Your Profile

1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration
English at B2 level (spoken and written)
Strong customer-oriented mindset with basic sales skills or interest in sales
Good organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Independent, responsible, and proactive approach to work
Good computer skills, especially MS Office
