Job description

Join a global leader in digital printing!

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor who can lead a team, ensure smooth production, and communicate in English within an international environment.

Your responsibilities:

Lead a team of ~30 operators
Ensure quality and timely production (KPIs, productivity, scrap rates)
Plan shifts and workforce capacity
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S)
Monitor production performance and machine efficiency (OEE)
Report to the Production Manager

Your profile:

Experience in manufacturing/production environment
Knowledge of Lean principles (e.g. 5S, Kaizen) is an advantage
Team leadership skills
Communicative English
Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
