Job description

We are looking for a dynamic salesperson who can open doors with customers, strengthen existing business, and develop new markets with distributors. Drive, determination, and the ability to sell via both traditional and digital channels are key to success in this role.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively target new distributors and e-commerce customers in the region
  • Visit and support existing customers regularly
  • Assist distributor sales teams with product training, joint visits & trade shows
  • Provide customers with updated product and marketing information
  • Collaborate on regional exhibitions and marketing initiatives
  • Manage opportunities and action plans in our CRM system
  • Work closely with colleagues via MS Teams, with team meetings twice a year
  • Achieve set turnover and profit targets


What we’re looking for:

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in the industrial market (ideally distribution)
  • Strong track record in achieving targets and developing sales
  • Self-starter, organized, and reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy (CRM systems)
  • Willingness to travel in the region when required
  • Based within commuting distance of Žilina (CZ/SK candidates welcome)
  • English language - level B2/upper-intermediate (spoken and written)
