Job description

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager fluent in Japanese and English to join our client team. In this role, you will manage digital advertising campaigns for international clients, with a strong focus on the Japanese market. You will act as a strategic partner for clients, ensuring smooth communication, campaign planning, performance analysis, and presentation of results.

  • Managing digital advertising campaigns for international clients, with a focus on accounts supported by the Japanese business development team.
  • Taking full responsibility for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to each client.
  • Developing and executing customized advertising strategies using an online media buying platform.
  • Designing and implementing innovative solutions to address clients’ advertising challenges and goals.
  • Presenting campaign results to clients via video calls, using live demonstrations of reporting tools or tailored presentations.
  • Analyzing and reporting overall campaign performance using internal analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Japanese language-B2/C1 and English C1
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing performance based PPC campaigns on Google Ads and/or Facebook (1 year minimum for junior candidates, 2+ years for mid-senior candidates).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising is beneficial but not obligatory.
  • Ability to confidently deliver online client presentations.
  • Possess an analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
