Junior Content Designer

Job description

We are looking for a Junior Content Designer to join the team of our client in a hybrid role combining production coordination and design. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, and grow into a mid-level role.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Coordination

• Support creative projects to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery
• Organize and maintain project files and assets
• Track schedules, update internal tools, and communicate progress
• Participate in team/client meetings and follow up on action points

Design

• Assist with design tasks (adapting creatives, preparing assets, basic creation)
• Upload creatives to client platforms (e.g., Amazon)
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving approach
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in design and production

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Amazon tools (e.g., Brand Store, A+, DSP Ads)
• Degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (not mandatory)
• Interest in design trends and digital marketing
