About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Sales Manager (Obchodní zástupce) with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for building long-term B2B relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who:

- Wants to directly influence company growth in the automotive and industrial services space
Important:
- This is not a KAM or passive account-maintenance role. It is a new business acquisition role focused on hunting, opening doors, and executing (not designing) the sales strategy already in place.
- The right candidate must be ready to start immediately and contribute quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new B2B opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field activities
- Lead meaningful conversations with potential clients about their operational, technical, and strategic needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presenting tailored service solutions
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation and real, qualified opportunities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Execute the sales strategy and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Your Profile
- Experience in Sales Management or Business Development, ideally within automotive, engineering, production support, outsourcing, or logistics
- Proven success in B2B service sales (not products) with a genuine hunter mindset
- Technical or engineering background strongly preferred
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, independent, and hands-on
- Confident, extroverted communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Adaptable, open-minded, and highly success-driven
- Comfortable in a startup-mode organisation
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Fluent Czech required; English intermediate or above
- Must not be a fresher; proven B2B track record required
- Able to start immediately
