Job description

You know that good sales don’t happen by chance, but through your initiative.

If you are fluent in Romanian and eager to grow in the food industry, we are looking for you – a driven and goal-oriented sales professional who can persuade, sell, and build long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to new clients in Romania (or in Slovakia and Hungary)

  • Maintaining relationships with existing partners and building long-term connections

  • Leading sales negotiations, preparing offers, and closing contracts

  • Monitoring the market, competitors, and identifying new business opportunities

  • Collaborating with company management to implement the sales strategy

  • Representing the company at meetings, trade shows, and professional events

Requirements

  • Fluent in Romanian (both spoken and written)

  • Fluent in Slovak

  • Sales experience (B2B, FMCG, or food industry is an advantage)

  • 6 to 8-week training at the company headquarters in Lučenec (accommodation provided)

  • Regular business trips to the Lučenec office every 2–3 weeks for approximately 2 days

  • Independence, business-oriented mindset, and reliability

  • Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel
