Senior Project Manager – Construction / Prestigious Projects

Job description

For an international construction consultancy that has represented investors and developers in managing major building projects for decades, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can take full responsibility for the entire project lifecycle – from preparation to handover and final completion.

Your mission will be to:

• Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of construction projects – from feasibility and design through to delivery and client handover.

• Manage the project team and subcontractors, oversee technical supervision, HSE compliance, and quality of execution.

• Collaborate closely with the cost management team during tender preparation and bid evaluation.

• Communicate with the client, investor, and design teams; chair progress meetings and provide regular reporting.

• Actively contribute to business development and the preparation of new project proposals – helping to shape the company’s future.

• Work with MS Office, CDE, and BIM tools – experience with project documentation management systems is an advantage.

Requirements

• At least 7–10 years of experience managing construction projects (ideally commercial, office, industrial, or residential developments).

• Solid understanding of construction law, tendering, and contract strategies (including FIDIC).

• Proven ability to manage budget, schedule, and quality; strong leadership and negotiation skills.

• Fluent Czech or Slovak (native level) and English at a minimum B2 level.

• Advantage: experience with international investors, BIM, Power BI, or international projects.

• Independent, responsible, goal-oriented, and capable of being the “driving force” of the project.
