The Candidate Experience

At S&you, one of our priorities is the Candidate Experience (CX). CX understands how a job seeker perceives the entire recruitment process. From addressing, telephone, online/personal communication with an S&you Consultant, preparation for an interview with a client, conducting all rounds of interviews to successful adaptation in a new job position.

Feedback is important to us, as we can constantly improve the quality of the services we provide.

What does it start with here? Provide feedback to at least 90% of respondents to job advertisements within three business days. The Consultant Ivana Parasková managed to reach an average SLA level of 94% in 2020.
