Job description
For one of the world's top car manufacturers we are looking for a Process Engineer who will be located in Nitra, Slovakia.
Your responsibilities:
- Flawless Launch Execution: plan and deliver launches, ensuring standards are met
- Cross-Functional Collaboration, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
- Process & Tooling Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures from concept to production. Maintain compliance with Bill of Process (BOP) and Global Manufacturing System (GMS) deliverables
- Quality & Compliance: Create and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, visual management tools
- Continuous Improvement & Lean Principles: Drive cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and design for manufacturing principles
- Change Management & New Technologies: Adapt processes for new technologies and engineering changes. Use program tools (ENOVIA, WERS, Proficy, FMEA, IPLM, Team Centre, CATIA, GSPAS, E-Tracker, PACN/MACN/FCIM) for smooth model introductions
- Problem Solving & Reporting
- Capacity & Workforce Planning: Conduct line balancing, efficiency analysis, and workforce planning to optimize utilization
- Quality Maturation: Develop and implement quality maturation plans for new models through launch and steady-state production

Requirements
Your profile:
- Significant experience in Manufacturing Engineering processes, tools, and techniques, including consistent delivery of productivity targets
- Experience in launch environments and new model introduction
- Strong application of problem-solving methodologies and logical approaches to complex issues
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety audits, ergonomics, and risk assessments
- Proficient in PFMEA, Control Plan, and Design for Assembly principles
- High level of computer literacy; ability to use engineering and program tools
